STRAWBERRY VODKA CAMPARI SPRITZ

Ingredients:

• 2 strawberries
• 2 fresh basil leaves
• 1 (1-inch) strip lemon zest
• 60ml Vodka
• 30ml Strawberry Shrub
• 10ml Campari
• 3 ice cubes, plus more for serving
• 60ml cold plain seltzer

Method:

1. Muddle strawberries, basil and lemon zest in a cocktail shaker or pint jar with a tight-fitting lid until mashed and fragrant. 
2. Add Vodka, Shrub, Campari and ice. 
3. Cover and shake until cold, about 30 seconds. 
4. Strain into a glass of ice and top with seltzer.
