Shipping policy
Preparation of your order is done with great care at Cumquats Australia.
Your order is important to us, and we aim to dispatch as fast as possible to get your order to you in the shortest possible time.
Upon receipt of your order, we will organise for your order to be packed and prepared for dispatch. In most cases orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to allow you to track your delivery.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
When you track your parcel using the AusPost app or our online tracking tool you will get an expected delivery date.
Australia Post will update your tracking as your item progresses and send you a notification if it’s running late.
Australia Post will also send you a notification when the driver loads your item onto their vehicle on the day of delivery.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Cumquats Australia occasionally offers pre-order on selected items. This allows customers to receive early access to our limited edition collections, and secure items before they are made available online.
Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is an expected delivery date, and may change due to elements outside of our control.
You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. Your items will be shipped on or around the estimated delivery date and we’ll email you once they’re on the way.
If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, your order may be delivered in seperate deliveries under different tracking numbers. No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@cumquats.com.au
Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure shipment of pre-orders are delivered to the correct address. Please contact us at hello@cumquats.com.au to update your details.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia wide, on all orders over $100.
For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout, and are based on the total weight of your selected items and your shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Cumquats Australia does not offer international delivery at this time. For international order enquiries please email us at hello@cumquats.com.au
OUR DELIVERY PARTNER
Australia wide
For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post standard shipping (Parcel Post) which provides full tracking information for you to track your delivery. You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Liability
By utilising Australia Post (‘Service’) you agree that:
You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that you are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
- where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
- where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
- where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure shipments are delivered to the correct address.
